David Lynch is a 16-year-old performer from Tralee with a lifelong passion for music and theatre.

He began his stage journey at just four years old with the Oliver Hurley School of Musical Theatre and has since taken on numerous leading roles, including Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with Siamsa Tíre last summer, and Jesus and Simon in Jesus Christ Superstar with the Light Opera Society Tralee in 2025. David also played the role of Dave in Tralee Musical Society’s Irish premiere production of The Clockmaker’s Daughter last April .

A dedicated and versatile artist, he is also a singer-songwriter and regularly performs as a gigging musician and busker around town. He is thrilled to be playing the Tin Man in Siamsa Tíre’s production of The Wizard of Oz—and he hopes that you can help him find his heart this summer!
