HR Harbour was founded by Darragh Brady, an experienced HR consultant and business leader with over 25 years of operational and regulatory expertise across Ireland and the UK. Having held General and Group General Management roles, Darragh understands the real-world pressures employers face when managing people, performance, and compliance.
His expertise spans employment law, human resources management, regulatory compliance, sales development, revenue growth, and full P&L responsibility. This combination of commercial and legal understanding allows HR Harbour to provide practical HR solutions that protect businesses while supporting their people. His experience includes senior leadership roles at Group Director level, along with responsibility for large-scale operations and projects valued in excess of €150 million.
Established in 2015 as CBG Consulting & Training, the business was built to deliver clear, tailored HR and employment law support grounded in real operational experience. Today, HR Harbour continues to support Irish employers with compliant documentation, structured HR systems, and practical guidance that stands up to scrutiny.
